oh..i missed that part..humm..they're right..Bon Jovi are a pop-rock band..always have been..cept in the 80's the rock was harder...im not gonna deny it. They have catchy melodies you can sing along to..hell the chorus to "Lay your hands on me" had only 6 words repeated..

As for Bon Jovi being pop, I watched the Behind the Music the other day, and it couldn't be more obvious that in the 80's Bon Jovi were just a rock band through and through. You could argue that some of the songs are pop-rock, Price of Love and the like, but most of their 80's work was just rock.... Watch Rock in Rio 1990 and tell me that's a pop band QVC!!!!!!!!!!

Also don't buy it becuase it's a rip off, with nothing to fantastic about it.... a cheep shot at making fans buy the album twice.

No one told you to buy it. If you want the videos, buy it. If you don't want them, don't buy it. No one is holdling a gun to your head or your wallet but don't presume to tell other fans what to do based on your personal opinion. You already bought this album... many people obviously didn't. So let them buy it with the bonus footage... and then sit around and listen to some of the diehards who already have the CD, claim the footage is crappy, claim it's a ripoff populate these message boards complaining that the US fans get shit they don't get. You can't have it both way... you can't complain that the band made something only avaiable to US fans and then complain that people shouldn't buy it because it sucks. It's like OJ and the LAPD. Either the LAPD was too stupid to get the evidence or smart enough to frame him... pick a story and stick to it. So either you're pissed because this footage isn't available to non US/Canada fans or you think it's shit. If you choose both, you invalidate your opinion because it's sour grapes.

well..Richie says the band have always written pop songs, Jon says the band have always written pop songs. Jon and Richie write the songs, and you're the fan that listens to the songs....I think i know who i'm gonna listen to when they clasifly the band's styles...and no, i'm not deaf, i can hear the music just fine. Not once in my post did i say Bon Jovi were a pop band..i said pop-ROCK...just cuz you dont wanna buy it, stop dictating your opinions to others and telling them what to do..
