Does anybody know how the stroy of how the tracklist for this album came to be?

I listened to it today for the first time in forever and it struck me how unusual some of the song choices were and their ordering. Even in light of the set lists around 2000/2001.

I presume they were going for a greatest hits like track list in a live format but I was just getting into the band then so I don't remember any stories of how the album came to be in the way it is.

Basically it was churning out an album with little extra work since almost all shows used had been pre-mixed for broadcasts, single B-sides etc.

Somehow I completely missed this album? I thought I had all of Bon Jovi's albums except for 2020 obviously not!

Has to be the worst live album ever made ! It’s shockingly poor how it was put together , a total rush job !

Now that we mention this album, I'd like to ask about the remix done by Richie and Obie: Could this version be easily made by reusing some of the takes recorded for Crush, or do you think it's just a remixed version of the final track?

Missed opportunity.

I can live with the song selection, at least 80% of it but I hate how the songs have been edited. Leaving out the second final chorus in Prayer should be punished.

However, I don't think there's any inside info of how this was done and if there was any logic behinf it.

It still holds a special place in my heart as it was the very first Bon Jovi album I got. My father bought it for me mistakenly instead of Crush
