After the band left the stage for the break before the encores, the put the 2 papers back again. As soon as David started with the intro, I kept my banner up once again. Jon pointed it with his finger. It was very emotional for me. I'll never forget what Jon did yesterday. He gave everything he had. The entire band was great, great teamwork.

Awesome story and GREAT SIGN!! I'm glad it worked! I had that happen to me once. Sigh...

doing a clear out and came across this, forgot I had it! What a great day that was...funny reading through the thread 13 years later and seeing names of people no longer around on Jovitalk.

Little did we know how amazing the next few years in Joviland would be!!

Dry County first returned on that tour in Dusseldorf on 2006-05-13. This show is about a week later. But still happily received I imagine.

not quite, it was played on the opening night of the European tour in Dusseldorf the previous weekend, but to hear it in Dublin after so many years was amazing! Finding this set list has sent me off reminiscing all day - 10 years ago today was the third night at Giants Stadium (and final night of the HAND tour), my girlfriend (now wife) and I made the trip to NYC so we could be there! Between Dublin, Giants as well as Munich on 28 May 2006 we had quite a Jovi summer that year before marriage, mortgage and kids came along! Just had to make do with two Jovi nights in Dublin this year
