I'd love to see a completely unbiased survey done across all members to see satisfaction level. I don't doubt some are upset but I also think the ones this is aimed aren't as pissed off in the higher numbers.

This survey skews so far into the "we hate it" camp, I don't see the opposite side of the fanbase participating in anything overly negative. It's not their jam.
