A late addendum to the party:
Blood On Blood (live audio on the video relesae)

Contrary to what we guessed so far, it's not taken from Tacoma 1989 (even though most of the video footage is), but from Memorial Coliseum, Portland, Oregen, May 9th 1989 (Night 2).
