Okaaaaaaaayyyy...Pacifier get in just cos they are Kiwis with a song I don't even know! On My Mind from Powderfinger is a top song, but it's barely been known to the public for a year, so it's a bit early to be putting it in the same company as some of the other classics in there. Just my opinion though, as always.

It deserves to be.

I wouldn't have said Enter Sandman should be first though. Far too many Metallica tracks in there. Where's the Black Sabbath (26 - Paranoid), Deep Purple (216 - Smoke On The Water), Aerosmith (125 - Love In An Elevator)? Surley they should have made the top 20?

55 - Livin' On A Prayer, not bad

Indeed. As much as I like Metallica, I still wouldn't put them to top. Or at least not with Sandman. But, those list are always based on peoples choises more or less, not about the songs that changed the world :-S

maybe they didnt have radio in NZ until 80's.....

Now I love Pearl Jam, but no way Daughter is the second best rock song ever.

Waitasec, Black is in there too! Now that is a f***** amazing song!

And Audioslave's Like A Stone, that's amazing as well

Up with alternative rock!

Keep On Rockin'

I'm giddy about the fact that Pearl Jam's got three songs in the Top 20. I heart Pearl Jam.

Too right! Metallica may be class but you can`t quite compare them with groups that changed the face of muysic likye Led Zep, Deep Purple or even the Sex Pistols! What about Janis, Jimmi, Stones?
