Cumon guys, the songs great! *runs for cover*

But seriously i think it is, I seem to keep seeing lovely descriptive words such as turd and this song in the same sentence on here, i think its just a great big dumb fun song, and im not afraid to admit it! It fits into the album well, which has the the right mixture of different types of songs; more 'serious' songs like novacaine, bells, LMS, HAND or just fun pop/rock songs like complicated.

Not the best of HAND by any means, but definatley better than one last cigarette, Welcome, I am and Unbreakable... Yes, the lyrics arent the most deeply profound, but neither is Bad name, bad Mx, Bounce etc etc

Musically, I like it. Lyrically, it sounds like something Kelly Clarkson would write/sing. Which isn't necessarily bad, it just isn't anything I want to hear from Bon Jovi.

This and I Wanna Be Loved reek of "hey! teenagers! we're cool, swear to God!"

BUT it does fit in well on the album, and it is a cute fun pop-rock tune. And I do like SOME of the lyrics. It's probably my second least favorite on HAND, but I like it better than good-sized chunks of Crush and Bounce.

I think it sucks, and in no way is it better than I Am. I would say that I Am, Novacaine and I Wanna Be Loved are among the best songs lyrically since the turn of the millenium. Complicated is just catchy bullshit in my opinion.

exactly my point, for what it is its great! Yes, Novacaine is the best thing theyv done since These days IMO, but thats not the point im making.

I'd be the first to say if i like the new kelly clarkeson song or whoever if it was catchey, doesnt mean i think its a classic track or anything.

And yes i know, AIDS is catchey too i guess. But thats not a song. Well, actually, has anyone seen Team America?

I never liked Avril Lavigne although I would say it's nice to hang out with her.

The lyrics in Bad Medicine may not be profound but they're cleverly done and the song works brilliantly. It's a million miles away from I'm complicated, I get frustrated, the guy's in his forties for gods sake (he is forty something right?) he's not a teenage girl. Leave that kind of crap to Avril Lavigne (I know some of her songs are catchy but at least she is a young girl) and Simple Plan (I think that's what they're called, I saw a video with a guy singing on top of a bridge about how nobody understands him). Don't get me wrong I don't want Jon to start writing songs about his receding hairline and kids and stuff (I got the girl) but songs like Hey God, Keep The Faith, Dry County proper grown up songs.
