Default NBJ Awards 2002
Well, we've had a Bon Jovi award ceremony style thing, now how about an NBJ one? Strictly no BJ/JBJ/RS or anything like that here....lets just use this to find out the best of the rest. Here are the categories, with my votes:

1. Best Band: Nickelback
2. Best Song: Aerosmith- Don't Wanna Miss A Thing
3. Best Album - Nickelback- Silver Side Up
4. Best heavy Rock song: Nirvana- Smells Like Teen Spirit
5. Best Ballad: The aformentioned Don't Wanna Miss A Thing
6. Best Song 2002: Nickelback- Never Again
7. Best Album 2002: Nickelback- Silver Side Up
8. Best Live Act: Nickelback (the only band I've actually seen live)
9. Best Video: Erm, not sure
10. Best Frontman/ Vocalist: Chad Kroeger (Nickelback)
11: Best Guitarist: Slash (Guns 'n' Roses)
12: Best Drummer: Dave Grohl (Nirvana)
13: Best Bassist: Dunno
14: Best Keys: Dunno

Well, OK, so theres not much variety in my votes- I haven't been into music in general for all that long, but I guees the results of these votes can help me see whats out there.So come on, lets go.....

Default thanks for posting will probably get heated here
but are you stating best awards this year- slash is overated and never put an album out this year or any year even when playing with guns n roses- hell buckethead is a better technical guitarist than he is.
Dave Grohl bes for input
t drummer...........???????/, sorry but you either have hearing problems or still think he plays with nirvana (apart from a short stint in qotsa, he hasn't played drums for a while but hey kid thanks anyway

3. Best Album : Angra - Rebirth
4. Best heavy Rock song: Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark
5. Best Ballad: Skid Row - I Remember you and Angra - Bleeding Heart ( I canīt decide )
6. Best Song 2002: Angra - Live and Learn
7. Best Album 2002: Angra - Hunter and Prey
8. Best Live Act: U2
9. Best Video: LinkinīPark - In the End
10. Best Frontman/ Vocalist: Bruce Dickison - Iron Maiden
11. Best Guitarist: Eddie Van Halen
12. Best Drummer: Aquiles Priest (Angra)
13. Best Bassist: Felipe Andreoli (Angra)
14. Best Keys: Iīm not sure about what it means, but my vote goes to Angra again.

Yeah, thats the idea....and I kinda made a mistake with the title, its not just awards for 2002, its just that we're doing it in 2002. Anyway, come on and vote people!
