Default Own 2001

Am I crazy or the Tokyo Road version is a little different from the OWN live one ? I mean, it looks like there are more instruments sounds on the TR version....

I presume the Tokyo Road version was the first version from Crush. They re-recorded the song for OWN and released it as a single.

Tokyo Road was a 'Best of' Released (in 2001 I think) only in Japan. You can find it on Amazon, the track listing was roughly this:

1. One Wild Night 2001
2. Bad Medicine
3. Livin On A Prayer
4. You Give Love A Bad Name
5. Keep The Faith
6. Its My Life
7. Blood On Blood
8. Something For The Pain
9. Born To Be My Baby
10. Tokyo Road
11. Hey God
12. Just Older
13. Ill Sleep When Im Dead
14. Runaway
15. Wild In The Streets
16. Next 100 Years

Naw, it's the same song on both versions. But there's subtle differences apparently. I'll check it out tonight and see.

It is a slightly different mix of OWN2001 on the 'Tokyo Road' Best of, the horns/some guitars are higher in the mix etc.

I think there was a promo cd which had mixes 1-3 on it, IIRC.
