This might be a dumb question but it looks like the band is together, either in Jon's studio or rehearsing. Every few months/years there are photos of them in what looks like Sanctuary II . With Jon selling his house and the (Former) studio on that property, have they been just at a different space that looks so much like it?

I know Obie has a studio that looks a lot like it but I'm not sure.

what photos are you refering to? are there any recent ones?

The few times they have been in a studio in recent years have been at the Ocean Way (Nashville), Electric Lady Studios (NY) and Henson Studios (California). But they have also recorded things at Capitol Studios (California) and Germano Studios Inc. (NY) although I don't know if the band was there.

I think that Sanctuary II became obsolete and Jon prefers to go to other studios instead of continuing to invest for updating Sanctuary II.

Now it's history, because he sold the house and lives in Miami to pay less taxes.

I attached a photo comparison. The studio might be gone but it's the same building.

Either it's just a rehearsal space now, or they bring in a portable recording studio as and when it's needed. Or both.

What I'm confused by is....is this not the building that was on Jon's property? The BJ TV's photo/video tours indicated Sanctuary II was a former guest house behind Jon's house. I guess it's possible he sold the house but not the guest house.

I recall someone saying it's no longer a studio but I figured they lost the space when he sold the house. He was clearly filming there for the Hampton Water live stream stuff a year or so back too.

Exactly my question too. I never read that it actually sold.

There were loads of stories about him selling his apartment in New York City. Maybe that was it.
