They have gone completely silent on me regarding Toronto. This is the worst company ever. It's shocking how much they haven't changed since losing Springsteen 3 years ago.

If anyone from the Bon Jovi camp ever sees this, it's time to move away from the USB Bracelet gimmick, go to NUGS and start doing this the right way. OneLive and BandMerch should be absolutely ashamed.

Was just going to post that I also sent them an email telling them that they still had my money but that I had not received the show.

Apparently they never sent out a notice. They told me they reset the allowable downloads to 3 on my original file and bingo - there it was. I had never actually clicked on the original file, I was waiting for notification that never came.

In any case it downloaded and it is the correct file - I checked - it was Monday night
