Default Tuning for harlem rain

Hey, I was wondering what the tuning is for Harlem Rain. I try to get the tabs to work here, but it doesn't sound right. Anybody know how to do it properly?

Thanks!

most tabs ive seen are in standard tuning and look alot more hard work than the open D so id stick with open D, its easier that way IMO and how richie plays it

Yep yep. There's numerous videos of him playing it in Open D. I've never seen it played in standard. It's a million times easier that way.

i tried to play it in standard once frm a tab i found somewhere on the net but it was lots of barre-ing and after seeing richie play it i realised if i tuned to D the barre-ing wouldnt be an issue
