Default Gear

Hey guys remember this??:

http://www.musicradar.com/news/guita...jovi-487744/16

I just found it again by chance. Do you guys recon that the setup has stayed pretty much the same?? I find Jon's tone to be a bit different from TC tour. Phil is pretty minimalist compared to Sambora, but his tone is great! miles better than Bobby's. And speaking of Bobby, I thought his setup would be a lot simpler. It all looks cool, anybody got any info on this tour??

I've got a Duesenberg just like that except my whammy bar is flat (more like a Bigsby) great guitar.

I so want to try out one of those Duesembergs! Are they all semi hollow? Looks like a great guitar, it sayd there that Jon travels with one, even though he only uses his Les Paul these days, it seems he has like 6 or 7 electrics out on the road with him. I think I saw a pic somewhere where there's like 6 or 7 acoustics also!

there's a shitload of videos of Phil X showing his gear on youtube for those who are interested. I love the tone he gets out of those Yamaha's so, for me it's a treat. I've seen the bad monkey around lots of stores and never even considered trying it, it's such an inexpensive pedal, amazing how he still uses it....
