Did you read this on the Chat with American XS???

Mitzi asks Please tell us about the box set!
JON says We're working on the box set. As of now, it will be preceded by an acoustic album that will be made up of greatest hits, covers and a couple of new songs. We hope to have it out this fall. Then then box set early next year which will contain three unreleased albums really...


New song?!?!?!? That sounds quite interesting and I can't wait!!

Good , but what should we expect with the "new" word.... I mean... AALY is new and I donīt like it.....

I doubt we'd get 10 songs like AALY, after all, Bounce had 12 songs and I'd say roughly 6 of them were ballads (off the top of my head) so not all 10 songs (if there are 10 new ones) would be the same style.

i hate to bring you back down to plannet earth - but when Jon said new songs -i think you find he meant new songs as in songs from bounce. He said it was a best of with some of the new songs...i.e the one's from bounce.

You never know.... "A Couple of NEW songs" so that could mean that or really NEW songs...

I hope he means songs from Bounce. Wouldn't want them to waste all their unrelease material, I'd rather that was saved for another album. There is such thing as overload.

it's only speculation

and besides it sounds pretty boring to me - bjs songs aren't on the whole good enough to do an acoustic album

maybe 1 or 2 from each album would work (and they've already done decent acoustic versions of these days, born to be my baby etc)
