I think definitely it's a voice thing and I guess at some point Always going to be played? who knows?
there exists "Working Set Lists" and the audibles used to be: Water, Living In Sin, Beautiful, Crash, I Love This Town; now they are: I'll Be There For You, Always, These Days, Saturday Night
but at the end of the day, who knows? >_< lol

I think it's less about him not being able to sing the songs vocally and more about the stain it puts on his voice especially where they are placed in the set, towards the end..

As RDKopper said. I bet it's more about the strain or something.

Makes sense, and I think you just answered my question about audibles in general. Still curious as to how Jon decides the audibles, just depends how they feel that day?

Yah, it's more a "this is one of the songs that I could throw in so be ready" warning to all the departments.

How long has Bon Jovi had audibles? Probably since Crush or so, if earlier then probably KTF/TD tour.

As I remember Jon has a small mic next to the drums so he can request an audible at any time without the crowd hearing his request (Separate mic as I said).

My brother and I went to this show. Our first one ever outside Europe. It was my 40th Birthday Saturday so we went from Manchester UK Friday and flew home Sunday night and managed to catch a Blue Jays game Sunday too.

The show was awesome. My fave song is In these arms and my wedding song was Make a Memory so I was happy with the setlist changes for personal reasons. The energy from the band and crowd was awesome. Also got to Shake Jon’s hand on his way to the small stage. WOW what a weekend! The opening act were also insane! So much energy, they looked like I would have done if I’d have been on stage. Jumping everywhere! Decent tunes too.

Thank you Bon Jovi and thank you the amazing people of Toronto!

Hope we see Bon Jovi again one day!

Yeah it's widely used in big stages/productions to communicate with the tech guys.

There's a bootleg recorded in either Tokyo or Osaka taken from Jon's IEM where you can hear everything he says in that mic as well. I haven't listened to the bootleg for ages but I remember something like "bring me my electric, I'm doing Sleep next", while the rest of the band was playing the KTF outro jam.

Cant remember which tour was though. HAND maybe? Or even The Circle...

Interesting. I've heard some IEM recordings, but never noticed that. Guess it was TC tour, since the jam didn't happen on the HAND tour, or did it?

The jam wasn't there in 2010 either when the band played in Japan (even with Phil in 2011 it was done during Lay Your Hands On Me). So I assume it's on the IEM bootleg from late 2013...
