Default Alec John Such's final weeks (/last performance?) with Bon Jovi

hey folks!

Trying to track down Alec John Such's final performance with Bon jovi. He did play on the promotional video for "Always" [seen @ 2:06] which was released on September 20, 1994 as the first single for the best of collection "Crossroads".

They did some sort of promotional tour for the compilation, playing TV shows here and there.

Alec appears at least:

01 "Holland 1994"
https://youtu.be/0x3aloEJ77w

02 "Testo 1994"
https://youtu.be/gXjAeKDkDI4

03 "Recorded live in the MTV studio 1994"
https://youtu.be/Nr5e2HVHapk

Now on that MTV performance Alec looks pretty rough and fragile...

...and at some point during the fall of 1994 was shelved from the band as we have Hugh playing for these other performances:

1994-11-23 "Tonight Show"
https://youtu.be/BwnmAbgfmBA

1994-12-05 MSG, NYC
https://youtu.be/RUSEITA_1Vs

So I wonder what's up? Anyone knows more about the fall 1994 happenings? Also wondering about the exact dates of those above mentioned performances where Al is playing? Anyone?

I don't know anything about the 1994 happenings but, thank you for the great collection of videos you made here!

The later yeras of Alec in Bon Jovi has to be the most shady part of the Bon Jovi history. It has never really been touched upon since he left the band and the few comments Jon and Richie made was the same crap about him making mistakes during live shows, seriously, have anyone found any major mistakes from the KTF tour made by Alec yet?

No, unless Alec steps forward and finally does a kiss and tell about what actually happened during his final years in Bon Jovi we will never know. And to be honest I don't think there are anyone else but the diehards that care, if even that...
Shame, I always liked Alec.

Yes and I was amazed to learn TODAY that he did play with the band as late as fall of 1994. I honestly didnt know. And to find those performances from tube was amazing. So that got me thinking...with these we are at least a bit closer to find his documented final performance. Maybe some of us diehards knows the dates to those three above....?

Is this thread only about promotional appearances in 1994? Otherwise, he played live for one song (Wanted?) with the Band in New Jersey in 2001 (if I recall correctly)...

What I find even more odd is that in this day of social media, no one has ran into this dude and posted it publically... After the Giants Stadium appearance in 2001, he hasn't been seen or heard by anyone... No one bumped into this dude out in public? Weird!!!

He had a twitter or something like that! I believe it was real. Few years ago. He was associated for example with Dave Sabo and posted a picture of his "new bass" and about "going to work". Unless someone proves this was a HOAX, I believe it was valid!

I think that is about the last Alec perfomance as a band member. This 2001 perfomance was as a guest.

I really don't know what happened in 1994...I always had curiosity about this, but I think we'll never know.

Wasn't the consensus that he'd aired dirty laundry a bit too publically for Jon's liking?
