Default Green Day - Uno!
Anyone else listened to the new Green Day album yet?
Am listening to it now for the first time and already, only 3 tracks in am thinking that they need to stop being repetitive.
I hadn't realised quit how generic they are with their songs.
For example, Carpe Diem musically is almost identical to the opening segment of Jesus of Suburbia combined with Before The Lobotomy. The only difference is the lyrics.

I was about to get it today along with Richie's album. I heard it sounds like the pre-American Idiot Green Day, and while I like those old albums, I'm more a fan of their "commercial", or, let's say, advanced sound. I might listen before I buy.

I really like "Oh Love" though, amazing what they can do with 3 chords!
