Yes, the amount you normally get in 2 days just by breathing and eating. And just as much as most of the vaccines nowadays, like your run-of-the-mill influenza shot.

All I'm saying is that some parents may prefer to go see a Bon Jovi show instead of giving their children questionable ingredients
