Aloha !

First time the band plays South Africa since 1995, and yet not all of them are showing up.

1. That's What The Water Made Me
2. You Give Love A Bad Name
3. Born To Be My Baby
4. Raise Your Hands
5. Lost Highway
6. Captain Crash & The Beauty Queen From Mars
7. It's My Life
8. Because We Can
9. What About Now
10. We Got It Goin' On
11. Keep The Faith
12. I'll Be There For You
13. Bed Of Roses
14. In These Arms
15. We Weren't Born To Follow
16. Who Says You Can't Go Home
17. I'll Sleep When I'm Dead
/ Rockin' All Over The World
/ Start Me Up
18. Bad Medicine
/ Dancin' In The Streets

Encore I:
19. Dry County
20. Wanted Dead Or Alive
21. Have A Nice Day
22. Livin' On A Prayer

Encore II:
23. Always

Encore III:
24. Someday I'll Be Saturday Night

The last time Bon Jovi played Cape Town was November 28, 1995. Bon Jovi were supposed to come back in 2008, then 2010, yet now finally the band has made it back. The biggest surprises in a setlist in late 1995 were Dry County, Never Say Goodbye I'll Be There For You and With A Little Help From My Friends.

Now, on to speculate as to whether the band is happy or not, will welcome Richie back, Richie and Jon will look at eachother during the show, Jon will give Richie stink eyes, let the speculation begin!

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

This is a hesitation, but I'm with you, what the hell, Richie will burn the guitar in south africa.

That was in Europe, I don't know if they'll use it in South Africa.

I received the news 2 days ago, didn't want to break it yet, but here we are. Even South Africans are more important than Amurrecans, so you gotta ask yourselves, how low have you sunk, Americans?
Strange, my source tells me they are nearly there but not quite yet. I hear it's a 95% chance that RS is on the plane; hence Matt's uncertainty with the fundraiser and Phil's lack of closure...

Someone on the 'No Richie on the current leg' thread just posted that Phil X's May 18 show with his own band is now canceled...

This is strange, my source tells me that Jon's project of cloning Bobby Bandiera so he could have one as lead guitar and another as rhythm guitar is at the final stage of developing. The clone should be there for the Capetown gig.
