Coheed And Cambria are great! Absolutely epic songs with fantastic guitar and great pop hooks, what's not to like? Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV is a great album

Seen them live twice, they are really good, and I just got tickets to see them perform Good Apollo Volume 1 in its entirety in December

I've heard a lot of their stuff is very emo. Don't know it firsthand though, Welcome Home is the only song I know well. I like that one, fantastic guitar solos. Lyrics are...strange.

Yeah, some of the lyrics to the songs are strange! But great songs at the same time!
Personally, i wouldn't class Coheed and Cambria as emo! I dont usually listen to emo stuff and its not normally something i'd be into! But thats just my opinion!

They've got a slight emo (in the loosest sense of the word) twist, mainly in the way Claudio sings, but I think they're closer to Iron Maiden than they are Dashboard Confessional

Welcome Home is indeed an absolute BEAST of a song. I love the lyrics to it, they're so brutal, yet romantic in a twisted way
