The show airs again tonight at 9:00 EST

I think Fairytale Of New York has the most noticeable amount of changes. Regarding the vocals, I'm going to ask 3 opinions:

Edit: Same recordings and vocals. Drums added to FONY and IICHOCD to give it a more studio finished recording.

Confirming this week will be a repeat of Count Basie 1995. This show was aired on X-Mas eve last year and was complete with the exception of Damned. Not unhappy with this, as it is a great gig and my recording isn't perfect.

Hoping that on the 23rd we get Count Basie 1994. They definitely seem to be doing more X-Mas themed stuff this year and I hope they continue that trend for the 23rd.

Just heard a jingle and it was for the Holiday Show from 2 weeks ago again. I seriously doubt this is what is happening, and seems abit early, as the new jingle isn't normally until 11:30ish AEST.

Will continue to listen, but really hope this isn't the case!!

Im sure it is... Obie's outro send-off last week sounded like that was it for the year. The way he thanked the fans etc.

Maybe The Experience can provide fans with something? But I seriously doubt it.

See I'm still confused. The end send off last week was from the end of 2021, when Count Basie 95' was originally aired, however the holiday show from the week before didn't sound like a final for the year.

I would have thought that if they were going to do an Xmas repeat it would be Count Basie 95' on the 23rd, not the Holiday show. Still hoping this is an error and we'll get something new, but looks unlikely. Hopefully they have something planned for the following week for the new year. Will also be interesting to see if there is anything similar to last year with the 4 sows + covers compilation.

Maybe we'll have information about the 40th anniversary soon, and they're focused on that. I would like it to happen in the first half of this year, although it will probably happen at the end of the year.

Does anyone know when the documentary + box set could be released?

I really hope this is why the live from the archives has slowed. Still hoping we get something new this week. Still loving the Hammerstein Ballroom show.
