When "Lost Highway" was first released, it was available to download on iTunes with 2 live tracks - "(You Want To) Make A Memory" and "Lost Highway". Does anyone know if these 2 live tracks are available anywhere else, or was this the only way you could get them?

Also, I presume "Walk Like A Man" is a similar situation, where it won't be made available by any other means.
