Intro is pretty useless and bad. Should be cut, plain and simple.
"Second intro" sounds a lot like St Anger (the song) riff-wise. I always liked that riff, so that's okay for me. Doesn't drag on forever like most St Anger intros did, so that's a plus.
Verses are okay, a bit aimless but okay.
Chorus needs to sound more... more like a chorus. Add gang vocals, a soaring guitar line or whatever, but as it is, it's not really much of a climax.
Also, the song is two minutes too long. Well, at least the solos are back and Ulrich does some (sloppy) double bass stuff. Not quite as promising as the new Slayer song, but it's a start.

Ok, I'm not going to go off on a tangent here, but... you do know it's a bootleg right? With that said, nothing is mastered and nothing is settled yet. I know what you mean about some of the points you've made, but you are basically disecting the song and explaining what needs to be done and what needs to be cut. Just take it easy, it's still a work in progress, not even fully written yet or even recorded for that matter. On the positive note with that you said, at least some double bass and Hammett solos are back!

Yes, the song sounds good for a first and second performance. Though many parts were different between the two bootlegs, I hope it turns out really good in the studio.

what's the name of the song? Hetfield sounds very pathetic and it sounds to me like all was just improvised. Never liked Metallica but this is even worse than their usual 4 chords combination, mainly because Hetfield sounds so bad.

It just sounds like the usual Metallica to me. Not bad, but nothing special.

I think I read somewhere that it's called something like "Death Is Not The End".
