while we're ont he topic of good band al a tom petty just thought i'd give the boys from flickerstick a mention.

definetely one of my favourite bands of the past few years. even like a couple of there songs more than any bon jovi's i can think of.

we just missed out on supporting them in glasgow but my bro interviewed them n we got to hang out with them at the show so it was all good.

anyone else fans?

I'm not, but I know to girls who are, one of them is in the street team thing... They are HUGE fans. You're the only perosn i've evern heard mention them lol...

awww i ended up signing up for the street team through drunken stupidity and now i get emails from loads of there fans.

ah well thats wot happens when uve got a group of girls fighting over a bunch of guys who aren't actually interested nice girls n all but most of the street team came across as groupies who handed out flyers.

great live band u should chekc them out if they tour over here again, they're releasing an ep soon so hopefully they'll be back. in all honesty i can hardly remember their last gig here due to the promoter (who i know) setting us up with a shit load of free jaegermeister test tubes then giving us an access all areas pass so i just kind of fannied about at the side of the stage trying to look cool. ended up heading to a nightclub with the band but me n a couple of them got knocked back for being totally rat arsed.

my bro ended up doing side kicks shot for shot with their singer, came home and pissed himself so in retrospect i think getting told "not tonight mate" is alot better than getting told "man u've pissed urself"
