yeah, hardly rarities, all though unlike many, i actually like who says, and Jon was singing it really well a month or so ago. so even if there aren't any surprises with the set list, I'm looking forward to listening to this one.

"I change eight or nine songs a night," Bon Jovi said. "So to be honest with you, not to BS anyone, I’ll pretty much have an A list tomorrow and then it will go from there.
Then it will go from there down the drain more and more and they will fall back in autopilot because the 9 songs he changed will probably be changed back to the 9 original songs.

I salute you,
YS

What is up with Jon recently? He's so joyless, his off stage persona is sullen and aloof.

I bet he'd be the least fun guy in the world to share a beer with.

On the other hand I can imagine it'd be a lot of fun sharing a beer with Richie or Dave

Exactly.

Jon has been pretty reserved since the start, the documentary on The New Jersey tour showed him to be very quiet and brooding off stage while the rest of the band clowned around and enjoyed themselves.

But Jon at least tried to perk up during interviews etc, now he just comes across as distant and uninterested.

I think he is just that kind of guy who rather prefers to come down silently after a show. Doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't enjoy himself.

What I don't like so much is that he likes to appear much more as a business man and to be taken as such instead of being the musician he really is. That's probably the reason why he doesn't perk up during interviews anymore.

But, as long as he puts on a great show (which he did most of the time so far this tour) he should act like he wants to

On the other hand, he's not pretending to be someone he isn't during interviews now. There's discomfort there but at least it's genuine.
