Default will jon's voice get back yesterday?

as i remember, his voice gets sharp and can't reach the high notes as before, esp after 95
when i listen to crush and bounce, there is no a notes that reach those in KTF or prayer (original version)
anyway, the new acoustic album disappointed a rock fan of bon jovi
i still look forward to the next album, hopefully a more hardrock style one

his higher range has gone so that isn't coming back. if he pushed himself i think he can still nail quite a lot of the notes. his fear of failure far exceeds his motivation to even attempt most notes.

IMO, when it comes to Jon's voice it's all downhill from here. Jon's got bad allergies and he used to be constantly shot with steroids right into his throat. It must take its toll on him. I'm surprised he was able to sing as well as he did in the 90s. But the fact that he pushed himself so hard in the 90s probably doesn't help his voice now.

As much as i love hearing the boys live, and love hearing jon sing, i think we overlook the fact that his voice is sub par. i dont believe he could hit all of the notes from bounce, that says alot to me. If you listen to some of the webcasts from the summer (esp Toronto) It was really bad.

I have some Bounce boots where he sounds very good. On others not so good. It depends.

I believe he gives us the best he can. Sometimes the best he can give at some particular moment is not his personal best. I, personally, have never doubted his dedication.

Anyway, if we like Bon Jovi music, I think we just have to learn to live with it. See my first post in this thread.

I just want to add that soon instead of looking for notes Jon couldn't hit right, we will look for notes Jon could hit right.
