You can't buy the songs in stores anymore as they're both not on any current version of any studio album at all, so I suggest eBay.
The cheapest way to get Cama De Rosas is to look for the original Spanish edition of Keep The Faith.

This version of These Days is the only one with a different rear cover and has only one picture on the back.
Both tracks have also appeared on some CD-singles but those are much harder to find and worth more money. Both of these albums I listed aren't worth much but still pretty rare, so a good alternative. If someone asks more than €7,50 for the albums he/she's ripping you off though. Good luck finding them!
