Default Your favourite non-BJ albums

Dunno if this is done before but I'm having a blast listening to stuff I haven't heard for ages on my laptop and coming across some records I totally adore and thought making a list would be cool.

I'm not counting greatest hits btw or else the boss's and james' would be in there with another handful.

Simon and garfunkel - bridge over troubled water
oasis - what's the story
james - pleased to meet you
floyd - the wall
bowie - ziggy stardust and hunky dory (they're so good he's the only one i'm picking 2 for)
ian hunter - the artful dodger
radiohead - the bends
bruce - born in the USA
the cure - disintegration
flickerstick - welcoming home the astronauts
damien rice - 0
david ford - songs for the road
manic street preachers - this is my truth tell me yours
the streets - a grand don't come for free
idlewild - 100 broken windows and the remote part (ok they get 2 as well because they're the best thing to come out of scotchland since single malt)
bloc party - silent alarm
sigur ros - takk
longview - mercury
moby - play
roger waters - radio kaos
gaslight anthem - 59 sound
the stone roses - self titled
cosmic rough riders - enjoy the melodic sunshine (my cd of this got played so much it scratch and i'm not sure it's available anymore )
flickerstick - welcoming home the astronauts

Pretty random assortment there. We've got some jangly acoustic pop from a housing scheme in glasgow, icelandic shoe gaze, roger waters rallying against thatcher, a concept album about a drug deal gone wrong, some of the finest ambient music that;s ever been whored out to every possible company, simon and garfunkel giving us some sunday morning hangover choons and some straight forward let's turn this shit up and make some noise.

I reckon I could get by with never having to hear anything but those and never get bored.

What about you guys?

You my friend have taste. I'd love to hit up a couple of music clubs with you.

Did I ever mention the time I got onstage with iggy pop and his bass player kicked me for trying to grab a spare stick from the drumkit?
