Default Skid Row's new album

Well Skid Row is ready to release a new album called Revolutions Per Minute

The tracklist:
Disease
Another Dick in the System
Pulling My Heart Out from Under Me
When God Can't Wait
Shut Up Baby I Love You
Strength
White Trash
You Lie
Nothing
Love is Dead
Let it Ride

Well, the album is already on the net, but for those who doesn't wanna download it, you can check 4 new songs at John Solinger Myspace here: http://www.myspace.com/johnnysolinger

My Review: The heavier part of the album follows the Thick Skin formula, mixing hard rock with punk rock. The surprise comes with the absence of the Creed way of ballads that Thick Skin was plenty (maybe because Creed is not in media anymore...), instead of those ballads we got (suspense here) COUNTRY ! Yeah, modern contry-rock in When God Can't Wait e pure country in You Lie.
Not a bad album at all, not a classic but you can have some fun listening it, at least in the first days.

To be fair, he had a pretty tough act to follow.

I like the album a lot, the mixture is basically tailor made for my taste. A LOT better than Thickskin, can't wait 'till it'll be out for real. Favourite songs are Strength and When God Can't Wait. I DO like Solinger's voice and couldn't imagine Baz singing the punky stuff. Hell, Rachel sang the Ramones cover the Skids did!

I downloaded it a while ago, listened it once and deleted it. Didnīt like it at all. The only song that stuck to my mind was Nothing.

Have to say im with you on this GAZ listened to it and id say 2 songs really appealed to me,they should leave the punk songs to the likes of the great punk bands Drop kick murphys et al..so dissapointed with this i suppose i shoulda seen it coming after they butchered "i remember you" on the thickskin album...
