Cool Kaiser Chiefs - UK Spring Tour

EXCLUSIVE : KAISER CHIEFS ANNOUNCE UK TOUR IN APRIL 2006

Thanks to everyone who came to see us on the UK Tour just finished. These were some of our favourite gigs ever, you proved there's no place like home! When we announced them back in July our message board was full of venom within hours as all the dates sold out immediately. So we've decided to play one final run of "Employment" gigs in April 2006. THESE SHOWS GO ON GENERAL SALE 930AM ON SATURDAY 5TH NOVEMBER. We have allocated some tickets to an exclusive pre-sale via this website. Details to follow to all of you registered with our mailing list, we've also allocated some tickets to box offices where you'll pay no booking fee for cash transactions in person as we want to keep the cost of the tickets as affordable as possible.

APRIL
19th GLASGOW SECC
21st LONDON ALEXANDRA PALACE
24th PLYMOUTH PAVILLION
25th BRIGHTON CONFERENCE CENTRE
26th BIRMINGHAM NIA
29th LEEDS MILLENNIUM SQUARE

Some bigger bands should take notice of thier attitude regarding ticket prices. Stereophonics are charging £35 a ticket for Alex Palce whereas KC are charging £22.

I'm not quite sure what point your making there. The way I interpret that is, either Stereophonics are charging too little, or the Kaiser Chiefs too much

Sorry il make it more clear, I dont get how two bands can charge £13 difference for the same venue. Esp as KC seem to be more popular at this moment in time and will sell out regardless of price. I guess im saying if an up and coming band liek the KC can keep an eye on ticket prices for the fans, I dont see why bigger more established bands cant do it either. The only other band I know who try to this are Oasis.

I saw the KC'ers this past April and they were frigging great. I originally went cuz one of my fav bands was their opening act, Ok Go, and I'd never heard of Kaiser Chiefs before. Blew me away. Great act. Tickets were only 15 bucks too!
