Its got to be 'Best of me' by Foo fighters..... its just amazing song and also one of the best video of 2005...... I can't think anything else for second place...

I actually think you are almost right... "Best of You" is a great song... But the best of this year so far has to be "Helena" by My Chemical Romance. Great epic and one of their best on the album!

Haven't listened much to The Best of You, but I really like Superman by Stereophonics and The Importance of Being Idle by Oasis. I also like Oh My God and I Predict A Riot by Kaiser Chiefs. It's been a decent year so far for music.

These last few days I discovered Bad Day by Daniel Powter and like it very much (discovered it when I was having a bad day myself). Also the video to it is great!!

Tied Up Too Tight by Hard Fi for me please Gran, followed by a serving of Jerk It Out by The Ceasars.
