I know a lot of people will moan relentlessly about this but I love this idea of coming out with a Christmas song before all the promos and announcements about the new album start happening! It gives them a chance to be as cheesy and lighthearted as they want because Christmas songs are traditionally like that!! After the predominantly dour 2020, I feel like they can afford to do this! Plus it *might* give us a sneak peek at the production styles coming up?!! Either way, it's pretty soon!!

It'd be kind of hard to pass it off as "original" song when it's actually that one, just as a Bon Jovi version. So I think it'll be a different one.

Bon Jovi's Christmas songs and cover renditions have checked all boxes for me over the years, ranging from "really liking it" to "abysmal". Let's see where it lands, in three days, we'll know more.

I put I Wish Everday Could Be Like Christmas as a top 20 Bon Jovi song.

This will give us a good sample of how Jon sounds today and what type of production we can expect.

I'm very curious and I don't want to wait for the album. That could take 6 months to a year to get released.

Chances are the Bon Jovi camp knows this song exists, hence why they emphasized that theirs is an original in the announcement post.

Ok, so it might be interesting, since it's usually better put together when it comes to Bon Jovi.. And we will check the state of Jon's voice with the tricks that John Shanks can offer now.
