I sincerely can't believe Jon dares to go on stage with his voice at this state. It's a f*cking disgrace. He doesn't even sound like himself anymore.

Sorry for the harsh tone, but that IDFY was just unacceptably awful.
It's not just bad, It's plain wrong on every level.

He can't sing a note.

He's constantly looking at the teleprompter.

He grimaces and rolls his eyes regularly.

He's out of time.

I almost feel sorry for Jon. He looks genuinely fed up and petrified at times but he's making millions of dollars from every show and that's his choice. He has chosen financial gain over having any respect for his legacy or people paying a week's wage to see him.

And f*ck his apology. How about you give out refunds, Jon, and then we'll know you really mean it.

Wow! I’m shaking my head as to why he even continues touring after listening to IDFY. I’m totally baffled.

He seems to be holding on to the mic so hard like he just cannot give it up. Like he’s thinking this is what I do and I cannot do anything else. JBJ says he’s not an applause junkie but why else would he sing like that in front of thousands if he didn’t really need the attention or something from this?

I think he just cannot give up the touring routine and his identity of a rock star.

Man I love him, but he’s gotta stop. He’s his own worse enemy.

In light of the negative comments about the performance of I'd Die For You in Bucharest, I was curious to see a phone recording of the same song in Klagenfurt. Dear Lord! Jon sounds MUCH MUCH better there. Having seen this, I am no longer satisfied with the show I got to see in Bucharest. Compared to Klagenfurt, it was a plain sh**fest. I honestly have no idea how Jon's performance could differ so much within such a short time period. Whatever good impressions I had right after the concert's end have become EXTINCT now.

I'm sure he has the best that money can buy, but they can only work with the tools that he has left - which isn't much...

Imagine Jon trying to sing Always now. I'm not sure what the best show vocally of the tour has been but I imagine it was something like Nijmegen. Obviously it was still ropey but compare it to now there is still an obvious difference.

Anyone knows what the dots are next to some of the songs? Been wondering myself that for a long time but always forgot to ask. ( see picture of setlist)

Pre-recorded backing (and partly lead vocals) get triggered over the PA during those songs.

So would you have never seen the YouTube videos you'd have thought this was a great show? That's like saying you enjoyed the movie in the theater but then after watching a cam recording saying it's shit. How does that make sense?

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
