My WinAmp playlist always has roughly 1000 tracks in it too, but I just typed out the ones that stuck in my mind as favourites.

I'll just say one per band (not including Bon Jovi). I'll keep it as close to 10 as I can.

AC/DC - You Shook Me All Night Long (listening to Back In Black right now )
Aerosmith - Deuces Are Wild
Def Leppard - Gods Of War
Deep Purple - Child In Time
Guns N' Roses - My Michelle (always been my favourite GNR song)
Hendrix - Bold As Love
Led Zeppelin - Communication Breakdown
Queen - Killer Queen
Skid Row - I Remember You
Thin Lizzy - The Rocker
U2 - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me
Van Halen - Panama
Whitesnake - Still Of The Night

Ok, 13 isn't bad! :P
