bon jovi's workout

Does anyone know how many days a week and how far jon bon jovi runs? I always thought it was odd that he smokes but also runs.

Why is this odd? A lot of people do this. One has nothing to do with the other. When you run regulary your condition is still good. Maybe not for a marathon but still good enough for keeping fit.

When I read the title I was expecting to see a link to a Bon Jovi Fitness DVD - I'm relieved and disappointed in equal measures!

Maybe not a workout dvd with Jon and the boys, but it would be pretty good to get a workout dvd set to bon jovi's music! I regularly put them on when I'm exercising!

Actually, that could be quite funny. Maybe that should've been their SNL sketch....The Bon Jovi Fitness Experience.

I was thinking it was gonna be that silly Backstager sketch about how, on the first day, Jon turns up at your door and you have to chase him down and catch him, then you have Richie and Jon turn up at the door on the second day and have to catch them. Finally, you have <cough>Heather<cough> and Dorothea turn up at your door on the third day and you have to run for your life from them.

I'm glad it wasn't that.

I didnt even know Jon ran.... smoking and running r both appetite supressing .. maybe its to keep trim in shape rather than fit.

you want to get in the shape he's in or something??

I don't think he does anything out of the ordinary to keep in shape, he seems to be a healthy eater most of the time and maybe exercises 5 days a week?? or 4?? no way to know.
But if you find his workout routine, it still doesn't mean it's gonna work for you.
