Default Jovi Moment--In A Movie Review?

The cover of the 8/13/10 New York Metro newspaper features a review of the new Julia Roberts movie Eat Pray Love. It's title? Living On A Prayer! Does the band have grounds for a lawsuit?

Maybe he's holding out for the Justin Bieber movie soundtrack. He's written an autobiography (at the age of 16???? ), and a 3D movie is scheduled to follow!

but the song title is Livin' not Living.
If the movie is as successful as the book it would be good to be tied to it.
I had heard that expression years before the song, so I don't think he can lay claim to it.

shhh. don't mention Justin Bieber too loud.. my daughter loves him. She is the only music act that she likes that I can't stand.
