The cover of the 8/13/10 New York Metro newspaper features a review of the new Julia Roberts movie Eat Pray Love. It's title? Living On A Prayer! Does the band have grounds for a lawsuit?

but the song title is Livin' not Living.
 If the movie is as successful as the book it would be good to be tied to it. I had heard that expression years before the song, so I don't think he can lay claim to it. shhh. don't mention Justin Bieber too loud.. my daughter loves him. She is the only music act that she likes that I can't stand.
