-the new record
-writing the songs of the new record
-the band together in the studio recording the new record
-the integrity of the band

-ah yeah I almost forget hell talk about what is most important to us,the fans,his foundation....

He actually has in one of the lyrics on the new album and talked quite openly about his vocal problems in a recent radio interview.
