Well, it seems it's just Jon, as it says "the rocker". But that's the problem when you're born with a band's name (reference to the SNL sketch, in case anyone wonders)

Haha! I love that skit. Makes me a little sad, tho, when I think about how prophetic it turned out to be.

Still, it's interesting that both the headline and the lead-in say "Bon Jovi". Usually, if it's Jon it would have started with Jon Bon Jovi; and then, perhaps later, referred to him as Bon Jovi. And if you follow the hyperlink it takes you to info about the band, not the man. Kinda makes me wonder if Captain Jovi was right when he suggested that we might be seeing a gradual shift towards making 'JBJ' and 'Bon Jovi' officially synonymous.

yep, Bon Jovi = Jon Bon Jovi; at least in my weird country; but I think it's because is easier to say; like for example at university teachers use to say your last name, I guess...
