Default Musically what makes you feel old?

k maybe not old old but what makes you think back about "the good old times" or think you're getting on abit?

I keep thinking that whats the story was released a decade ago this year. i mean that was more than half my life away but i still remember it. even though i was in primary school oasis were still massive and me n all my mates were right into them.

To know that back in 80's the parents thought the friends and I were listening to demonic music played by Bon Jovi when we were teens ahhhh 18 years or so ago. The parents act just like Kathy Bates in the Waterboy..... that music is the devil.

I feel old when I hear DJ Sammy's version of "Heaven" because I remember the original by Bryan Adams! I was really young when it came out, but still, I remember it.

I was listened to a Now 1992 CD and came into work and said; "the pop charts arnt as good now as what they were in this year". Everyone just looked and laughed and said I must be getting old. Songs on there by boyz to men, charles and eddie, roxette, del amitiri, ugly kid joe, Richard Marx, i cant believe they were all from 12 years ago!!

It makes me feel old when I'll mention a band or artist from the 80's (or earlier) to someone and they don't know who I'm talking about. Like the other night I was on MSN with Ryan and said something about Pat Benatar and he'd never heard of her...

As for the DJ Sammy version of "Heaven"....I actually left a club on Friday night because that song came on. LOL.

How could he not know who Pat Benatar is???

Well, I guess that was a long time ago and some of my students have never even heard of Bon Jovi. Thanks for making me feel even older Jenn.
