Question Video Enhancing Software

I bought the "Bon Jovi - Live At Wembley 1995" DVD from Amazon.com but unfortunately, the picture is not of good quality - and obviously, it's not a genuine copy. Does anyone know of any free software to enhance the quality of the file? It's in mp4 format on my computer.

Then go for the original copy. The video quality wasn't good to begin with since they just copied the VHS release to DVD and there's grain on the picture from that. Which is a shame since the concert was filmed on 16mm as far as I know and hence could be remastered to proper BluRay format (like Queen's gig from Montreal 1981), but we're again back to having to spend quite some money on it.

And if you have it in mp4, it's even worse since you've compromised the quality by converting it even further.

Any DVD version of the show is the best it's ever going to look at this point (and you can buy it for next-to-nothing), unless Universal actually decided to re-scan the original negatives into HD or even 4K.

Has Live from London ever even be broadcast in HD?

BTW, some useful threads about the show and DVD here - https://drycounty.com/jovitalk/searc...earchid=168427

It's been broadcast on Sky Arts HD but it isn't upscaled by much if at all.

Thanks.

I thought I’d ask as sometimes films were broadcast on TV in HD before they were released on Blu Ray.
