I saw Seb open for GNR back in '06, and was really unimpressed.
There was something off with the sound, and he started ripping his sound guy apart from the stage.

Yes, but Jon said he doesn't want to tour with any of their 80s peers.

I just hate that about Bon Jovi. They only tour with bands from the latest popular trends

Meh, I really don't care who the opening act is.
Although I'm always happy to see AAR, since they're one of my favorite bands.

What's wrong with that? He doesn't want to be considered a novelty act. I respect the hell out of him for that.

You keep confusing Bon Jovi and Def Leppard. DL has to tour with their peers. They're not big enough anymore to have a real opening act. Don't be pissed at Bon Jovi for not being tied down by their lack of modern day success.

Actually, no.
In recent years Leppard has toured with REO Speedwagon, Journey, and Brian Adams.

Touring with 'peers' doesn't mean novelty.
If you notice, Bryan Adams, Journey, etc, they do have new albums as well.
Novelty is when bands just play the old stuff.

there's really no need to argue, each to their own Personally i love both Bon Jovi and Skid Row, and past conflicts don't really matter because i still love to listen to their music.

BTW JKK, it's never cool to say "owned" yourself, it always looks cooler if you own someone and then a totally different person says "owned!".
