Question Sedona Sunrise

My brother and I have started a band - www.myspace.com/sedonasunrise

We played the other night and did a cover of Wanted, and tried to bury Jon and Richie.

We think we did, but did we really?

(The second song is another cover, Break the night with colour by Richard Ashcroft).

I used to hate the song Sedona Sunrise. Don't mind it so much nowadays.

In case anyone needed to know.

yeah! lots and lots of 1p coins.

Seriously, how the hell did you get a gig? I've only listened to Wanted, and even my old high-school band, the Mäd Äntilöpe, was doing a better job. And we tried on purpose to be the worst band ever...following the motto "we give BAD a bad name"

The tempo was, well nowhere to be seen or heard. The pronunciation is horrible and the singer stays only slightly better in tune than the guitar.

You're right, everyone didn't have a great first gig. But the thing nowadays is that everyone posts their first gig online and then get mad when people criticize. In the good old days bands had a horrible first gig, recorded it and then realized it sounded like shit and got better. Now most are amazed when people don't love them straight off the bat.

I'm open to criticism, I see that it's not -great- but I don't really understand how my guitar can not be in tune though.
