I agree. To many people, it's just Jon Bon Jovi and his backing band.

Good to see that KTF is appearing though. Possibly one of the all time best 3 Jovi live songs IMO

12% of the audience = to see the band and good music
40% of the audience = to see Jon
40% of the audience = to see, drool, take pics and film Jon's ass.

I can't see KTF getting played that much this tour anyway, really.

It sounds crap now Jon struggles with the vocals and it just doesn't sound right.

I'm not sure that is quite true. Richie and Jon were heavily paired in the media and in appearances in their hey-day and it took hold. Most people who ever liked the band to a degree know full well who Richie is. No doubt, what you said is true for some...but for most who know of the band, it's been Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora.

well, I still hear all the time when I speak about Bon Jovi things like "he's awesome", "he's so handsome", "I like his songs", or "I dont like him"

few ppl know Bon Jovi is a band.
for us and ppl we know (from our...circle), it's a murder to think like that...
but that's what happens...
look at YT vids comments...many ppl refering to Bon Jovi as "he"

All quite natural. The band is named Bon Jovi after all. It's also still quite likely they know who Richie Sambora is as well. It's Bruce Springsteen, but they know who Little Steven is.
