I'm not sure I'd fit 19 tracks on the last CD, but I know I'd get at least 16 on. There are some tracks I just couldn't leave out though, and some I'd like to have had like Dry County and Raise Your Hands, but those are two very long songs. A compilation like this takes some thinking about because there is so much good material to choose from.

I know. I spent quite a while thinking about mine too. The best way to do it is load all of the songs into a playlist, and then remove the ones you can do without, and keep doing this until you are down to less than 160 minutes (2:40).
