He hasn't quit the band in 20 years.

His solo albums don't evidence any great leaning toward anything "harder" than Bon Jovi.

He cowrites most of the songs, so he influences their sound.

So, apparantly not

Becky

Seeing as Richie contributes to Bon Jovi's sound, no.
Strange question.

He seems perfectly happy to me.. and I'm sure that, as he is a grown man, if he wasn't happy or thought he was too soft he'd leave. I'm sure no one is making him stay..

i'd say yes in the sense that richie is still very much 100% rock n roll on stage, but bare in mind that most studio songs are by JBJ or Jon and Richie and so he's part to blame for a lot of the songs i don't like on crush or bounce (and he did the awful remix of OWN right?)

that said also: tico is still very much the rocker, but he is restricted by the songs they are playing

Your points are very weak....

I won't say anything because JBJ will win in th end so it doesn't make any sense....

Ahh... so we're back to the old argument of how Jon is a tyrant and he is holding Richie back.. this is getting so stale.

I pretty much see Richie the kiss-ass guy. I bet he does evrything what jon says so I can't blame him for anything but kissing too much a$$(I can understand him).Just look at the way he talks about Heather:Boy who lived in a swamp is married to Heather Locklear.

Richie is a Led Zep fan.Just look at his haircut:just rock 'n' roll.
"F*ck me"pants, "****in' Sweet" shirt....that's just to heavy for the after 2000 Bon Jovi....

I might think something else tomorrow!
