Default next 100 years.............

Pardon the pun but hey I've got too much time on my hands(and I'm supposed to be working). I was just wondering how many of you think the band will be remembered in 50 to 100 years. Will they leave any lasting impression or will their only legacy be the odd song like say "Livin on a Prayer". While Bon Jovi are never gonna be remembered as the greatest band of all time, or the most important etc, do you think they have done enough to at least be remembered?

I think they're on their way to become widely remembered, but they'd have to stick together a lot longer to be super legends. After 20 years, they're still going strong, so I don't think staying together as a band will be a problem for them.

Who needs critics anyway!! Fans are what matters and yes, I guess they will be remembered.. I'll be sure to pass on Bon Jovi to future generations, already started on my 5 year old niece!

I hope BJ will be remembered in later life. I suppose you get bands such as the rolling stones or Queen who are remembered, and have been around longer than BJ.

All i know is that when I have kids of my own, they will be die hard Bj fans like myself

They'll be remembered. They're already in a select handful of artists that have accomplished what they've accomplished and they've meant enough to enough people for enough years around the world... they'll be remembered.

Will they EVER get any critical respect? Who knows. That might take a miracle... but they'll be remembered.
