Default Spanish Bed of Roses

This may have been talked about before.....
Ive just bought keep the faith, the videos and on it features a spanish version of bed of roses.....did they record the song in spanish? and did they re-shoot the video so that it fit in with the spanish words or did they just dub over it?

I found this video and the new jersey collection a few days ago in a video store so I just had to buy them!.

Hi there!! Yes, they recorded the song in spanish but the video is the same as the english version. The translation was made by a spanish songwritter and let me tell you that Jon's pronunciation is baaaaaad , I think he improved it a lot when he sang the spanish version of This ain't a love song or Staring at your window, his pronunciation in both songs is excellent!!

You'd have thought Tico would have said something about his pronunciation...

He says he feels very comfortable singing in spanish .I loved when he tried to talk in spanish at the Madrid show back in May.When he introduced Richie to sing I'll be there, he said "My amigo Ricardo va a cantar una composicion" (=mi friend Richie is going to sing a composition). The spanish word for "song" is "cancion" but he said "composicion" (=composition..or something like that in english). It was very funny .And while singing, he changed some words of the songs and said the spanish words...I love when he makes us feel "special"

In the Crush era there was a rumour here in Mexico about a spanish version of Thank You for Loving Me, but I guess it was just that, a rumour. Also, I remember that I read in a mexican magazine that Keep the Faith was going to be released in spanish at first, but I guess they were talking about Bed of Roses, imagine Keep the Faith in spanish...
And I agree, Jon's pronunciation was awful in Bed Of Roses!!!

Because the recordings are made for the South American market. And you don't speak Italian in South America. A lot of Artists to this.
