I was at the show!!!! It was the Toronto show on July 17.

I was waiting for Bed of Roses because I figured that Jon would dance with someone from the audience. Instead, he reached into the first row and grabbed a sign that said "Bon Jovi rocks Toronto always" I thought that was kinda strange, but that soon passed. Anyway, during Ritchie's solo, Jon starts talking about how after 20 years, he's amazed that the music still touches people and stuff like that. He flips the sign over and it read "Marcia, will you marry me?" The camera goes to this couple in the front row and the woman was crying. Then Jon asked if she said yes and she did After the song, Jon asked the woman if she had known about the proposal and she said no. He then asked, jokingly, if she had just met the guy in the parking lot Jon then reached out and touched their hands, which was a little difficult to do and said "Good luck baby" Finally Jon asked if anyone else in the audience wanted to get married and everyone just starting cheering. It was very romantic...everyone I tell gets goosebumps just hearing about it!!!
