Default Anyone who likes the new songs?

Most of the posts I have read have been negative responses on the new songs/versions of old songs. I actually loved them. Its great to hear something different. Since I like a wide variety of music, I enjoyed them very much. I think they are bringing something different to the table this time. Who else liked the songs?

I liked IML very much and LMS. Wanted took me a couple listens and I am still not sure, sounds very Kid Rock/hip hoppy but am willing to give it a full listen. I am really excited for the new album.

I absolutely loved them! 'It's My Life' is just beautiful. 'Last Man Standing' was really good -- love the concept behind the song. 'Wanted' I just fell in love with immediatelly. All music is subjective...

I liked It's My Life - though I only heard the short clip. The whole thing may be too slow or drag - I'll have to see. I loved Last Man Standing - concept and music. My first reaction to Wanted was - OMG they ruined a beautiful song. Even if the whole song still puts me off - I have many great acoustic versions of the original. I am hoping that the version of Bad Medicine we heard at Hartford will be on the album too.

It´s My Life sounded excellent and still does. Last Man Standing is pretty good as well. My first opinion about Wanted was they they had raped it but after listening it few times it doesn´t sound that bad at all. And besides it is only ~1 minute clip we´ve heard. Full song could be 5 or 6 minutes long so who knows what else is happening in that song. And Jon said it´s combination of Led Zeppelin (sort of Kashmir) and Bon Jovi updated to 2003 and I guess that´s what it sounds like. Looking forward what Prayer sounds with a female singer.

Yep, well that´s what I´ve heard. A duet with some woman. Don´t know who she is. And check MTV3´s teletext (teksti-tv) page 158. It reads there as well. Also http://www.mtv3.fi/viihde/musiikki/u...189272?BonJovi

Looks like the singer is Olivia D´Abo.

I dont know if i like the songs yet, for me it is too early to tell, from just one minute clips, I cant say whether i like the song or not, not until i have heard the full version anyway. Its my life doesnt sound very different and very strange. Whne i have heard the full tracks this time next month, then i will comment on them properly. No-one knows how the songs are going to sound real;ly until we have heard the, Bad medicine and bad name are going to be the ones hthat will really shock us i think...just like its my life did
