Ok so im as disappointed as anyone that were not getting the new songs and cant understand it at all. But we are still getting a new BonJovi CD in less than a month and im still gonna look forward to buying it. Look at it this way if there was no internet no-one would have even known the tracklist. We'll still get to enjoy these songs, even if we have to wait a bit longer for them :P

You're basically right - I'm more dissappointed than anything. It's aggravating having the official record company site change something at the last minute. A brief explanation of what happened would be a simple courtesy to the fans since they are always telling us to believe nothing unless it is posted on their site. It would also reduce the rumors flying about.

Yes, I'm still happy we get the album!! After all the point of the album was getting those greatest hits with a twist. But I still feel like I've been fooled. Anyway, today's been a terrible, terrible day and this was just what topped it all off

I know what your saying and agree with KAthleen, we should be able to trust the official site. Its just that I was really looking forward to this album and am not gonna let this spoil it altogether for me.

No new songs, what a shame, this means it needs to be re-named!

Well there are worse things in live
It's not THAT bad, but I think lots of people are disappointed and just have to express their feelings on this board. Including me... but we'll get over it :P

I think the real negative thing is that the record company as well as BJ gave too many infos way too early before everything was set in stone and really sure. It started with the announcement for an acoustic DVD (even with an advertising flyer given at a concert) that turned into a audio-CD and now becomes a totally different CD. Not acoustic but with re-worked songs. And now the stuff with the new songs that suddenly aren't on the album. New infos every few weeks which is really confusing. For us probably even less than for other people since we are online every day and read what's up to date.

They shouldn't have given any infos before everything is done. That wouldn't have given that much disappointment and also confusion. Even the CD-stores are confused. Some still offer the CD as Strum as you are and as an acoustic-CD, other CD-stores offer both CDs (Strum as you are AND TLFR) and so on.

In the End that's the only real complain that I have to make to the record company and BJ. Not that they changed something. There are for sure reasons for this.
